Sorry, but pizdaus.com and pichaus.com are social websites, filled with user generated content. It's true that most user post stolen / uncredited images, but there can be the same problem with flickr or any other.

Also, I don't think they spam (check who posted the links to them, it's usually regular reddit users).

Pichaus also doesn't have any ads.

dude, get a life.
i hope that ppl are smart enough not to click on ads.
but hey since you made it to the reddit top 30 with a fake article maybe redditors are not that smart afterall...

Pantherhouse credits the photos, what is the problem with them?

Hi - im the author of pichaus and I want to say that we never spam, nor do we have a profit motive to spam - in fact the more traffic we get the more it costs us in bandwidth fees.

There is a source feature to credit authors, many pictures saved are licensed under creative commons, and the service is not intended to compete with photographers, but rather to replace your hard drive as a place to save pictures you like.

1. Thanks for unlisting pantherhouse.com. They credit the photographers.

2. you.presscue.com users almost always credit the photographers and only use public domain or stuff under creative commons license. I oppose them being listed.

3. pichaus.com should stay on the list. They even stole an xkcd without giving credit, and that alone is enough for me to warrant its blacklisting.

Poll

Under no circumastances should pichaus.com be removed.

They don't have a TOS/AUP where they actively discourage people from submitting copyrighted content.

um xkcd is licensed under creative commons you moron

um xkcd is licensed under creative commons you moron

From the xkcd site:
Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 2.5 License.

Which means you have to give attribution.

So who's the moron now?

I saw how pichaus.com people launched a personal attack against ochen7 on reddit. They are trying to do the same here. For that reason alone, please keep them on the blacklist.

xkcd pictures have attribution, that's what the 'xkcd' in the description refers to...
